Our Story

Meno Thrive's journey began in 2018 when founder

Dr Deborah Brunt via her work in general practice, saw the need for holistic support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. She opened her clinic: Ōtepoti Integrative Health in 2022 and quickly realised the need to support far more women.

 

Our platform is being developed in consultation with women in perimenopause and menopause to address their unmet health needs. 

At Meno Thrive, our approach is rooted in providing information about the impact of the hormonal changes you are experieincing on your body and health, treatment options and a holistic approach to taking care of yourself. 

 

Our holistic approach, explores both hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal treatments to empower women in their journey towards optimal well-being.
